The AdriAmphorae Round Table was held on the 21st April 2016, at the Institute of Archaeology in Zagreb. The main discussion was concentrated on the amphorae as a resource for the reconstruction of economic development in the Adriatic region in Antiquity, with special emphasis on the local production. The round table was realized in cooperation of the two projects funded by the Croatian Science Foundation - RED (Roman Economy in Dalmatia, IP-11-2013-3973) and AdriaS (Archaeology of Adriatic Shipbuilding and Seafaring, IP-2014-09-8211). The AdriaS team members Mate Parica and Irena Radić Rossi actively participated to the organization and realization of the event.
